Full description

Patrick Tambay’s works 1976 Renault V6 powered, high airbox F2 challenger.

Sold to privateer Xavier Lapeyre in 1977 with BMW M12/ 7 engine.

Impeccably restored to 1977 BMW specifications and recent double winner in Historic Formula 2.

Very few of these works Martini MK19s or 22s were built and this is believed to be the only example in up-together and racing condition.

With only limited track time having been amassed, the Lester Owen built M12/ 7 engine sits at just 340 miles and the Martini presents as if the restoration has only just been completed.

The fuel bag tank is valid until February 2024 and the FIA HTP is valid until December 2029.

MK19-001 is accompanied by two spare sets of wheels with both slick and wet tyres with wheel changing tools, a spare set of wheel nuts, a new spare nose and splitter, original components replaced during the restoration.
