Ahead of the 2023 season our introductory offer means that it is currently free to list your items for sale with us!

How do I start?

To get started all you need to do is register 📝. Whilst you're at it don’t forget to sign up to our newsletter so you can keep up to date with all that’s happening on the platform 📰. As a tip, the activation email may go into your junk folder so always keep an eye out for that.

Once registered:

You can freely browse and contact sellers🏷️ for items that you’re interested in. We’ve built WhatsApp onto the platform for a quick and easy method to communicate with fellow users.

Start selling:

Once logged in click ‘Start Selling’ at the top of the home page and chose the relevant category for your item. For competition cars 🏎️, we’ve built in the ability to link cars to series organisers which is a great asset for your buyers to see. It's therefore important to link a series your car is eligible to race in, in order to help its exposure. The same goes for the use of tags, we recommend you add as many appropriate tags as possible so that your car appears in as many bespoke user searches as possible.

The rest of the process to upload listings is self-explanatory but we are always on hand to help if you need our assistance 📧 hello@motorsportshowroom.com  . The recommended photo size 🖼️to upload is 4:3 ratio of 1200 x 900 pixels in web or jpg format. Remember you can save a draft of your listing and come back to complete it later.


Browsing:

Select your desired category to browse and then take advantage of filtering🔎 the results by price, organiser, location etc for a more refined result. Say you’re in the market for a race car that is eligible for Peter Auto and is ‘race ready’. You can filter the Competition Car category, by finding Peter Auto in the Organiser filter and then by clicking on ‘race ready’ in the tags section. You’ll end up with a bespoke list of all cars that sellers have described as eligible for a Peter Auto run series and are ‘race ready’. Here’s an example below:
