Original Swedish Art Deco Advertising Poster, 1932

Summary

Aqua Vera was a Gentleman's Skin Pacifier, or after shave, which dates from the 1920s, and, I'm told, is still available. More to the point, in 1932, Aqua Vera provided us with this stunning Art Deco poster.

Full description

There is very slight edge wear, with a closed tear, but colour and image are quite magnificent, and given that the poster is 90 years old, it is in wonderful condition. Note that within the advertised price, I will have this poster conservation backed to negate any appearance of damage.
My photo was taken before the small tear (top left) occurred at a recent exhibition.

As an aside, this poster was used as a prop in Mel Gibson's 2000 movie "What Women Want", as you can see in the small pic. under the main one.

Origin: Sweden 1932

I like the platform that Harry, Arran and the team have set up. As people with a background in motorsport they know what the seller and buyer is looking for and that reflects in how easy to navigate the site is and how easy it is to get in touch with sellers.
