Technical info

Full description

Introduced in 2003, the first 911 GT3 to bear the ‘RennSport’ moniker was the 996 generation. Influenced by the Carrera 2.7 RS of the early 1970s, the 996 GT3RS was characterised over and above the standard GT3 by a few key elements.

The ‘RS’ received red or blue side stickers with matching wheels, a polycarbonate rear window, a Carbon Fibre bonnet and Carbon Fibre Rear Wing too. There’s also power tweaks, reshaped intake and exhaust ports, progressive springs as opposed to linear and there’s also slightly stiffer dampers to really reduce body roll. The 996 GT3RS was built between 2003 and 2005 and there’s believed to be only 140 right hand drive cars ever built – just 113 of those made it to the UK.

We are incredibly proud to offer this 2004 (04) car then, finished in White with red side decals and wheels, having covered just 29,000 miles from new. It comes with a complement of a Full Service History and has been well maintained throughout its life.

The car comes with Guard’s Red Seatbelts, Bucket Seats, Driver and Passenger Race Harnesses, Air Conditioning, Becker Porsche CD-Radio, CD Compartment, a Full Roll Cage with the Rear Painted in White, and a Full Alcantara Steering Wheel.

This is a phenomenal example of one of the most iconic cars of the early noughties, presenting beautifully as a brilliant investment opportunity.

Easy to use, a needed approach for sure and I like the concept. Will continue to use this efficient platform and excited to hear that a new ‘drives available’ category is on the way.
