Like all Lotuses, the 26R values low weight over power. This example was built by leading specialist Wolfgang Kirsten in Germany and has won the FHR HTGT championship.
In 2023 the car was professionally rebuilt and was equipped with a new latest spec FIA certified Safety Cage.
This spectacular Lotus Elan is a very competitive device and eligible for all important events like the Peter Auto series, Masters Racing, Spa 3 and 6 hours, The International SuperSixties championship and many more.
